摘要
目的探讨循证医学(EBM)联合情景式PBL教学在肿瘤科临床带教中的应用价值。方法选取38例临床规范化培训生随机分为实验组和对照组,均为19例,对照组采取EBM的教学模式,实验组则采取EBM联合情景式PBL教学模式,通过肿瘤科相关理论知识测试、临床实践技能的考核评价教学效果。结果实验组的肿瘤科理论知识和临床技能掌握情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤科临床带教中,采取EBM联合情景式PBL教学能够更好地培养住院医师循证思维能力和自主学习习惯,促进其创新意识、创新思维、创新方法和能力的发展。
Objective To explore the application value of EBM combined with situational PBL in the teaching of oncology. Methods 38 residents in first-stage standardized training were randomly divided into the trial group and contrast group, each group of 19 people. The trial group was treated with EBM, and the contrast group accepted EBM combined with situational PBL. Resutts were evaluated by the relevant theoretical knowledge, clinical practice skills and clinical practice. Results The analysis showed that the knowledge and clinical skills of the students in the trial group were better than those in contrast group, the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion ~n the practice teaching of ontology department, taking the EBM combined with situational PBL can effectively mobilize the students' clinical thinking initiative and independent learning habits and promote them in creative thinking, develop innovative approaches and capabilities.
