摘要
"对分课堂"是复旦大学张学新教授从心理学角度提出的一种全新的教学模式,其核心理念是把课堂一半时间分配给教师讲授,另一半分配给学生以讨论的形式进行交互式学习,越来越多的教学实践证实了这一教学模式的有效性和实用性。本文结合笔者在《妇产科护理学》的施教体会,分析了"对分课堂"教学模式应用于护理临床课的规律及特点。
PAD class is a new teaching model, which is put forward by Professor ZHANG Xuexin, Fudan University, from the point of view of psychology. Its core idea is to allocate half of the class time to the teacher for teaching, and the other half is allocated to the students for interactive learning In the form of discussion. More and more teaching practice confirmed the validity and practicability of this teaching model. This article analyzed the rules and characteristics of PAD class teaching model in gynecology and obstetrics nursing teaching.
