在临床学院中,对临床医学专业学位研究生参加住院医师规范化培训的过程实施导师责任制,可充分提升研究生的专业技能以及职业素养,对今后正式投入医疗工作具有重要作用。本文主要针对导师责任制下提高研究生培养质量的相关问题进行探讨。

In clinical college, to the study of professional degree of clinical medicine students participate in hospitalization of the standardized training of residents in the process of the implementation of tutor responsibility system, can fully enhance graduate professional skills and professional quality, the future officially put into medical work plays an important role. In this paper, we mainly discuss the related issues of improving the quality of postgraduate training under the responsibility system of the tutor.
