胸腰椎骨折80例X线平片与CT诊断对比研究

Comparative Study of X-ray Plain Film and CT in the Diagnosis of 80 Cases of Thoracolumbar Fracture

目的探讨X线平片、CT诊断胸腰椎骨折的应用效果。方法 80例患者均于术前接受X线平片、CT检查,并于术中证实发生胸腰椎骨折,回顾性分析其术前影像学检查结果,将所得数据给予相应统计学分析。结果 80例胸腰椎骨折患者经X线平片检出率为71.25%,CT检出率为90.00%,数据对比P<0.05,提示CT对胸腰椎骨折检出率高于X线平片。结论 CT检查胸腰椎骨折准确率高于X线片,接诊疑似病例后临床医生应根据患者实际情况选择合适的影像学检查方法尽快确诊病情。

Objective To investigate the application effect of X-ray plain film and CT in the diagnosis of thoracic and lumbar vertebrae fracture. Methods 80 patients underwent preoperative X-ray, CT examination and found to occur in the thoracolumbar fracture surgery, were retrospectively analyzed preoperative imaging findings, and the resulting data is given the appropriate statistical analysis. Results 80 cases of thoracolumbar fractures were confirmed by X-ray detection rate was 71.25%, CT detection rate of 90.00%, data comparison P〈0.05, prompted CT in thoracolumbar fracture detection rate significantly higher than the X-ray. Conclusion CT examination of thoracolumbar fracture was significantly higher than the accuracy of X-ray films, admissions of suspected cases clinicians should select the appropriate imaging method based on the actual situation of the patients diagnosed with the disease as soon as possible.
