儿科患者胃肠道减压功效的影响因素分析

Analysis of Influencing Factors on the Efficacy of Gastrointestinal Decompression in Pediatric Patients

目的 分析探讨影响儿童外科患者胃肠道减压功效的临床因素。方法 对我院2012年1月~2015年1月收治的采用胃肠减压治疗的648例患儿资料进行回顾性分析,探讨其影响减压功效的因素。结果648例采用胃肠道减压术治疗的患儿中,有168例（25.93%）患儿的减压效果受到影响。结论 临床上有许多影响儿科患者胃肠道减压功效的因素,在临床治疗过程中应针对不同的影响因素采取相应的措施,来提高临床减压功效。

Objective To explore the clinical factors affecting the efficacy of gastrointestinal decompression in pediatric surgical patients. Methods 648 children with gastrointestinal decompression in our hospital from January 2012 to January 2015 were retrospectively analyzed, and the factors affecting the effect of decompression were discussed. Results 648 cases of the use of gastrointestinal decompression treatment of children in 168 （25.93%） cases of decompression of patients affected. Conclusion There are many factors that affect the efficacy of gastrointestinal decompression in pediatric patients, and we should take appropriate measures to improve the clinical efficacy of clinical treatment in the course of clinical treatment.
