摘要
目的观察及评估高频振荡通气治疗新生儿胎粪吸入综合征应用效果。方法随机将80例新生儿胎粪吸入综合征患儿分成两组,40例对照组患儿给予常频通气治疗,40例实验组患儿给予高频振荡通气治疗。结果治疗后实验组患儿的Pa CO2、Pa O2均优于对照组患儿(P<0.05)。结论在对新生儿胎粪吸入综合征进行治疗时,应用高频振荡通气治疗具有比较显著的临床疗效。
Objective To observe and evaluate high frequency oscillatory ventilation application effects of the treatment of neonatal meconium inhaled syndrome. Methods 80 cases of neonatal meconium inhaled syndrome were divided into two groups, 40 cases in the control group were given constant frequency ventilation treatment, 40 cases experimental group were given high frequency oscillatory ventilation treatment. Results The experimental group after treatment with PaCO2, PaO2 children were significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In neonatal meconium aspiration syndrome were treated, with obvious clinical curative effect treated with high frequency oscillatory ventilation.
