探讨鼻尖整形手术的效果

目的研究分析鼻尖整形手术的临床效果。方法选取我院180例鼻尖整形手术患者进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和实验组,对照组使用硅胶假体填充,实验组使用耳甲腔软骨移植配合鼻整形软骨缝合术,对两组的鼻尖整形效果进行分析。结果实验组患者的临床整形成功率是95.56%,对照组患者的成功率是71.11%,实验组患者术后不良反应发生率是4.44%,对照组是28.89%,P<0.05。结论使用自体软骨缝合技术进行鼻尖整形的术后不良反应发生率较低,对人体鼻尖外形具有很好的塑造效果。

Objective To study the clinical effect of nasal plastic surgery. Methods 180 cases of nasal plastic surgery patients were chosen in our hospital. These patients were divided into control group and experimental group, control group using silicone prosthesis filling, experimental group using concha cartilage transplantation with plastic nasal cartilage suture, of two groups of plastic surgery of the nasal tip effect for analysis and discussion. Results The clinical success rate of the experimental group was 95.56%, the success rate of the control group was 71.11%, the incidence rate of adverse reaction was 4.44% in the experimental group, the control group was 28.89%, P〈0.05. Conclusion For rhinoplasty with autologous cartilage suture technique for postoperative low incidence rate of adverse reaction, has a very good effect on the body shape of the nasal tip.
