综合治疗内分泌失调性骨质疏松症临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Osteoporosis With Combined Therapy

目的 分析和探讨综合治疗法治疗内分泌失调性骨质疏松症的临床效果。方法 选取2013年6月~2015年12月在我院接受治疗的98例内分泌失调性骨质疏松症患者,对其进行综合治疗。结果 经过综合治疗后,患者Wards三角区、大转子和股骨颈的BMD值明显提高,内分泌失调性骨质疏松症临床疗效总有效率为98%。结论 对于内分泌失调性骨质疏松症,采用综合治疗法的临床治疗效果非常显著。

Objective To analyze and discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive treatment on the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods From June 2013 to December 2015, 98 patients with endocrine disorders in our hospital were treated. Results After the comprehensive treatment, the BMD value of the Wards triangle, the large rotor and the femoral neck was significantly improved, and the total effective rate was 98% in the patients with osteoporosis. Conclusion For endocrine disorders, the clinical treatment effect is very significant.
