腹膜前修补术与疝环充填式修补术在成人腹股沟疝的疗效比较

Comparison of Effect Between the Repair of Inguinal Hernia and the Repair of the Anterior Peritoneum on Adult Inguinal Hernia

目的 比较腹膜前修补术与疝环充填式修补术在成人腹股沟疝的疗效。方法 病例资料来自于2014年6月~2015年6月我院收治的腹股沟疝的成年患者。从行腹膜前修补术者中随机选出32例纳入观察组,从行疝环充填式疝修补术者中随机选出32例纳入对照组。比较两组术后效果及并发症。结果 观察组术后慢性疼痛、异物感发生案例少于对照组,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=7.819 0、6.564 1,P=0.005 2、0.010 4）。结论 腹膜前修补术可减少患者的术后不适症状。

Objective To compare effect between the repair of inguinal hernia and the repair of the anterior peritoneum on adult inguinal hernia. Methods Adult patients with inguinal hernia from June 2014 to June 2015 in our hospital were collected. 32 cases were randomly selected from the patients who underwent anterior peritoneum repair in the observation group, and 32 patients were randomly selected from the patients who accept mesh plug hernia repair in the control group. The postoperative effects and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The postoperative chronic pain and foreign body feeling cases occurred in observation group less than that of the control group （x^2=7.819 0, 6.564 1, P=0.005 2, 0.010 4）. Conclusion Preoperative peritoneal repair can reduce postoperative discomfort.
