腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效对比研究

Comparative Study of the Clinical Effect of Laparoscopic Uterine Fibroids and Traditional Open Surgery in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

目的 对腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术与传统开腹手术治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效进行研究和判定。方法 我院回顾性分析于2014年2月~2016年2月接受子宫肌瘤摘除术的60例患者,其中给予腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的患者30例,作为观察组,给予传统开腹手术的患者30例,作为对照组,并观察两组子宫肌瘤患者的术中出血量、体温恢复时间、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间。结果 观察组子宫肌瘤患者的术中出血量、体温恢复时间、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间均少于对照组,P〈0.05。结论 给予子宫肌瘤患者采取腹腔镜子宫肌瘤剔除术的效果显著。

Objective The clinical efficacy of laparoscopic myomectomy with traditional open surgery treatment of uterine fibroids were studied and determined. Methods 60 cases of accept the uterine myomectomy patients were chosen inn our hospital from February 2014 to February 2016, including administering laparoscopic myomectomy surgery in 30 patients, as the observation group, given the traditional open 30 patients with surgery as a control group and two groups were observed blood loss in patients with uterine fibroids, the highest postoperative temperature, anaI exhaust time and hospital stay. Results The patients with uterine fibroids blood loss, postoperative highest temperature, anal exhaust time and hospital stay were less than the control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion The effect of laparoscopic uterine fibroids removal was significant in the patients with uterine myoma.
