玻尿酸注射美容填充50例临床体会分析

Analysis of 50 Cases of Hyaluronic Acid Injection Cosmetic Filling

目的 分析玻尿酸注射美容填充50例临床效果。方法 选取我院美容填充患者50例,收取时间为2013年3月~2015年12月,并对美容填充患者均注射玻尿酸,分析其注射的效果。结果 50例美容填充患者注射后,有15例患者发生并发症,过度矫正5例、过度矫正并发症发生率为10.00%,感染3例、感染并发症发生率为6.00%,局部淤青2例、局部淤青并发症发生率为4.00%,局部红肿5例,局部红肿并发症发生率为10.00%。结论 本院认为美容填充患者进行玻尿酸注射后,易发生多种并发症,其中以过度矫正、局部红肿最为常见,应做好相应的预防措施,能有效减少注射后并发症发生。

Objective To analyze the clinical experience of 50 cases of hyaluronic acid injection cosrnetic filling. Methods 50 cases of patients with cosmetic filling in our hospital, charge time is from March 2013 to December 2015, and were filled with injection of hyaluronic acid on beauty, analyze the effect of injection. Results 50 cases of patients were injected with filled with beauty, 15 cases of patients with complications over correction in 5 cases, excessive correction complication rate was 10.00%. The infection in 3 cases, infection complication rate of 6.00%, local bruising 2 cases, local bruising complications occurred rate of 4.00%, local swelling in 5 cases, local swelling complications occurred rate was 10.00%. Conclusion The hospital that beauty filled with hyaluronic acid injection, susceptible to a variety of complications, which to over correction, local swelling are the most common, should do a good job in the corresponding prevention measures, can effectively reduce the complications after injection.
