浅析巴曲酶注射液治疗突发性耳聋患者的有效性和药理作用

Analysis of the Efficacy and Pharmacological Effects of Batroxobin Injection in the Treatment of Patients With Sudden Deafness

目的 探讨突发性耳聋患者接受巴曲酶注射液治疗的临床有效性,分析其药理作用。方法 根据2014年1月~2015年1月我院的80例突发性耳聋患者进行研究分析,将患者分组为对照组和实验组,对照组使用常规治疗,实验组增加巴曲酶注射治疗,比较分析两组的临床治疗效果。结果 实验组临床有效率是97.5%,对照组临床有效率是77.5%,结果差异存在统计学意义,P〈0.05。结论 突发性耳聋可以使用巴曲酶注射液治疗,临床有效率高。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of batroxobin injection in the treatment of sudden deafness patients and analyze its pharmacological effects. Methods 80 cases of sudden deafness patients were chosen to study from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital, patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group, the control group with conventional therapy, the experimental group increased batroxobin injection therapy, a comparative analysis of the clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups. Results The clinical effective rate of the experimental group was 97.5%, the control group was 77.5%, the efficiency was, the results were statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion Sudden deafness can be treated with batroxobin Injection, the clinical effective rate is high.
