大剂量环磷酰胺联合甲基泼尼龙冲击治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床效果观察

Clinical Effect of High-dose Cyclophosphamide Combined With Methylprednisolone in the Treatment of Allergic Purpura Nephritis

目的观察大剂量环磷酰胺联合甲基泼尼龙冲击治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎的临床效果。方法随机将80例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者分成对照组和实验组,40例对照组患者采用甲基泼尼龙治疗,40例实验组患者给予大剂量环磷酰胺联合甲基泼尼龙冲击治疗。结果在临床治疗总有效率、不良反应发生率方面,实验组均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在对过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者进行治疗时,大剂量环磷酰胺联合甲基泼尼龙冲击治疗具有比较显著的临床效果,而且用药安全性高。

Objective To observe the high-dose cyclophosphamide with methyl prednisolone shock therapy of allergic purpura nephritis clinical effect. Methods 80 patients with allergic purpura nephritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 40 cases in the control group were treated by methyl prednisolone treatment, 40 patients with experimental impact high-dose cyclophosphamide combined methyl prednisolone treatment. Results The total effective rate in the clinical treatment, the incidence of adverse reactions, the experimental group were significantly superior to that in the control group significantly （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In the treatment of patients with allergic purpura nephritis, high-dose cyclophosphamide combined with methylprednisolone impact treatment has a significant clinical effect, and high safety.
