摘要
目的分析社区护理干预提高妇科癌症患者生存质量的效果。方法随机将80例妇科癌症患者分成两组,对照组患者选择常规出院指导,实验组患者则选择社区护理干预。结果护理干预后1年,实验组患者的生活质量评分高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论加强妇科癌症患者的社区护理干预,能让患者的生活质量有效提高,具有临床应用价值。
Objective To analysis of community nursing intervention can improve the effect .of the quality of life of patients with gynecological cancer. Methods 80 cases of gynecological cancer patients were divided into two groups, patients in the control group selection of conventional discharge guidance, patients in the experimental group chose the community nursing intervention. Results After 1 years of nursing intervention, the quality of life of patients in the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion To strengthen the community nursing intervention of gynecological cancer patients can improve the quality of life of patients, which has clinical application value.
