康复科高危跌倒患者危险因素分析及对策

目的 研究康复科高危患者跌倒的危险因素并寻求相应的对策。方法 对我院康复科2014年2月~2015年2月共16例住院跌倒患者的临床资料展开回顾性调查。结果 16例患者中,7例跌倒发生在患者上下床的过程中,占43.8%;65岁以上老龄患者10例,占比62.5%;行为认知存在障碍的患者6例,占37.5%。结论 康复科高危患者跌倒的因素主要以高龄、行为认知障碍以及环境设施等为主,应当采取有效措施并做好相应的护理工作。

Objective To study the rehabilitation of high-risk patients fall risk factors and seek for the corresponding countermeasures. Methods A total of 16 cases of falls in patients with clinical data were retrospectively investigated in our hospital rehabilitation department from February 2014 to February 2015. Results 16 cases of patients, 7 cases fall occurred in the process of patient fluctuation bed, accounted for 43.8%, over 65 elderly patients with 10 cases, accounting for more than 62.5%, there were 6 patients with behavioral cognitive impairment, accounting for 37.5%. Conclusion The factors of rehabilitation in patients at high risk of falls mainly in the elderly, cognitive impairment and behavior of environmental facilities, shall take effective measures and make corresponding nursing work.
