重症监护室院内感染及护理探析

目的 探索分析重症监护室院内感染因素,并提出相应的护理对策。方法 选择2014年1月~2015年7月在我院重症监护室进行治疗的90例患者为研究对象,回顾分析患者的临床资料,统计纳入患者发生院内感染的情况,分析导致患者感染因素,并提出具有针对性的护理对策。结果 本组患者出现院内感染者21例,发生率为23.3%,感染发生部位发生率从高到低依次为呼吸道感染、肠胃道感染、切口感染、泌尿道感染。结论 分析重症监护室院内感染的发生因素,以此为据提出对应的护理对策,对控制院内感染发生率意义重大。
