舒适护理在小儿水痘治疗中的应用分析

Analysis of the Application of Comfortable Nursing in the Treatment of Children With Chicken Pox

目的探讨舒适护理在小儿水痘治疗中的应用效果。方法选取106例水痘患儿作为本次试验的研究对象,将其均分为对照组和观察组各53例,对照组给予基础护理措施,观察组给予舒适护理措施。观察两组护理效果。结果观察组患儿疱疹结痂时间、止疹时间短于对照组(P<0.05),对照组出现水痘肺炎发生率为15.09%,观察组水痘肺炎发生率为1.89%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论舒适护理能够有效降低并发症的发生率,促进患儿病情恢复,提高小儿水痘的治愈效果。

Objective To investigate the comfortable nursing in the treatment of children with chickenpox effect. Methods 106 cases of chickenpox in children were selected as research subjects in this trial, v, hich were divided into control group and observation group, 53 cases in each group, control group was given basic nursing care, observation grotlp received comtbrt care measures. Results Group of children observed a rash scab time, stop time rash was signiticantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）, the control group had varicella pneumonia was 15.09% in the observation group varicella pneumonia was 1.89%, the difference betweell groups was statistically significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comfbrt care can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and promote recovery of children with the disease and improve the healing effects of chickenpox in children.
