Nursing and Prevention of Common Complications of Venous Indwelling Needle

目的 探索有效的静脉留置针常见并发症的护理与预防措施。方法 选择2013年7月~2015年1月在我院进行静脉留置针的198例患者为研究对象,回顾分析患者的临床资料,观察患者并发症发生情况,分析原因,总结有效的护理与预防对策。结果 本组患者并发症发生率为20.7%（41/198）,从高到低依次为：皮下血肿、穿刺部位感染、液体渗漏、套管堵塞、局部静脉炎。结论 临床需要高度重视静脉留置针常见并发症的护理与预防,合理控制留置时间、规范操作、严密遵循无菌操作流程、予以相应的护理对策促进患者康复。

Objective To explore the effective nursing of venous indwelling needle common complications and preventive measures.Methods 198 patients of venous indwelling needle were chosen as the research object from July 2013 to January 2015 in our hospital, analyzed retrospectively the clinical data of patients, observed in patients with complications, analysis the reason, summarizes the effective nursing and prevention countermeasures. Results The incidence of complications was 20.7% （41/198） in patients with order from high to low is： subcutaneous hematoma, infection of puncture, liquid leakage, casing plugging, local phlebitis. Conclusion Clinical need to attach great importance to the venous indwelling needle nursing and prevention of the complications, the reasonable control of the indwelling time, standardized oPeration, closely follow the sterile operation process, give corresponding nursing countermeasures to promote patients recover.
