分析优质护理在颅脑外伤患者中应用的效果

Analysis of the Effect of High Quality Nursing in Patients With Craniocerebral Trauma

目的分析对颅脑外伤患者采用优质护理的效果。方法将我院颅脑外伤患者56例分为两组,其中研究组予以优质护理,对照组予以常规护理,记录转院情况、死亡情况以及平均住院时间。结果研究组康复率比对照组高(t=6.713,P<0.05),研究组住院时间较短,两组间平均住院时间比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.589,P<0.05)。结论对颅脑外伤患者采用优质护理能够提高康复效果。

Objective To analysis the effect of quality nursing care for patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods 56 cases of craniocerebral trauma patients were chosen in our hospital, the patients were divided into two groups, which study group be high quality of nursing, and the control group was given routine nursing, records transferred case, death and the average hospitalization time. Results The study group recovery rate than that of the control group （t=6.713, P〈0,05）, the study group hospital in a relatively short time, between the two groups the average hospitalization time difference was significant （x^2=5.589, P〈0.05）. Conclusion For patients with traumatic brain injury by high quality nursing to the rehabilitation effect.
