探讨胃癌根治手术中护理配合的应用效果

To Explore the Application Effect of Nursing Cooperation in the Radical Operation of Gastric Cancer

目的 研究分析胃癌根治术的手术护理方式。方法 根据2012年5月~2014年6月我院的120例胃癌根治术患者进行研究分析,将这些患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组使用常规护理,观察组使用护理干预,对两组护理情况进行比较。结果 观察组进行胃癌根治手术患者的术中出血量（200.32±20.53）ml、手术时间（4.32±1.54）h、住院时间（6.34±1.42）d及生存质量（92.42±1.44）分,优于对照组患者（P〈0.05）。结论 胃癌根治术结合护理干预措施能够减少患者的出血量,让患者的手术时间缩短,提升患者的生存质量。

Objective To study and analyze the nursing methods of patients with gastric cancer undergoing radical operation. Methods 120 cases of patients with gastric cancer patients were analyzed from May 2012 to June 2014 in our hospital. These patients were divided into control group and observation group, the control group used routine nursing, the observation group used nursing intervention were compared between the two groups of nursing. Results The observation group of gastric cancer patients with intraoperative bleeding （200.32±20.53） ml, the operation time （4.32±1.54） h, hospitalization time （6.34±1.42） d and the quality of life （92.42±1.44） was significantly higher than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Gastric cancer radical surgery combined with nursing intervention measures can reduce the amount of bleeding, so that patients can shorten the operation time, improve the quality of life of patients.
