对脑血管患者吞咽障碍进行综合护理干预的效果观察

Observation on the Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Patients With Swallowing Disorder of Cerebral Blood Vessel

目的 分析综合护理干预用于脑血管患者吞咽障碍护理中的效果。方法 随机选择2013年8月~2015年8月在本院接受治疗的脑血管吞咽障碍患者60例参与研究,随机平均分成两组,对照组实施常规护理干预,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较效果。结果 观察组总有效率为96.67%,对照组为73.33%。结论 综合护理干预用于脑血管患者吞咽障碍护理中效果显著。

Objective To analyze the comprehensive nursing intervention for swallowing disorder in patients with Cerebral vascular nursing effect. Methods 60 cases of dysphagia in the patients with cerebrovascular was chose to participate from August 2013 to August 2015 in our hospital, were randomly divided into two groups, the control group received routine nursing intervention, the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, effect comparison. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 96.67%, and the control group was 73.33%. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for swallowing disorder in patients with cerebral vascular nursing effect is significant.
