摘要
目的 探讨不同护理手段在中老年消化道出血患者护理中的临床效果。方法 将我院在2012年2月~2014年1月收治的50例中老年消化道出血患者作为回顾性分析对象,并将其随机分为两组,其中对照组（25例）患者实施常规护理,观察组（25例）实施针对性护理。结果 观察组患者的住院时间以及满意率均较对照组更具有优势（P〈0.05）。结论 针对中老年消化道出血患者,实施针对性护理可有效提高患者的恢复效果,且得到众多患者的认可和满意。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of different nursing care for middle aged and elderly patients with digestive tract bleeding. Methods 50 cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding were randomly divided into two groups in our hospital from February 2012 to January 2014, the control group （25 cases） were given routine nursing care, and the observation group （25 cases） were given targeted nursing care. Results Compared with the control group, the hospitalization time and the satisfaction rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion According to the middle-aged and elderly patients with gastrointestinal bleeding, the implementation of targeted care can effectively improve the recovery of patients, and the recognition and satisfaction of many patients.
