摘要
目的:比较中药天龙粉发酵前后水溶性活性物质的含量。方法:采用超声水提取法分别提取天龙粉发酵前后所含的水溶性活性成分,通过改良Lowry法测定其蛋白质含量、苯酚-硫酸法测定其多糖含量、定磷法测定其核酸含量。结果:天龙粉发酵前蛋白含量为68.5730mg/g,发酵后为130.6559mg/g;天龙粉发酵前多糖含量为6.5771mg/g,发酵后为13.4492mg/g;而天龙粉发酵前核酸含量为17.7146mg/g,发酵后为9.1373mg/g。结论:天龙粉发酵前的核酸含量较高,而发酵后的蛋白质和多糖含量较高。
Objective: To investigate the content of water-soluble active substances in Tianlong powder before and after treatment through a comparative analysis. Methods: Ultrasonic water extraction was used to extract water-soluble active substances in Tianlong powder before and after fermentation. The modified Lowry method was used to measure the content of protein,the phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to measure the content of polysaccharides,and the method of phosphorus determination was used to measure the content of nucleic acid. Results: The content of protein in Tianlong powder was 68. 5730 mg / g before fermentation and 130. 6559 mg / g after fermentation. The content of polysaccharides was 6. 5771 mg / g before fermentation and 13. 4492 mg / g after fermentation.The content of nucleic acid was 17. 7146 mg / g before fermentation and 9. 1373 mg / g after fermentation. Conclusion: Tianlong powder has a higher content of nucleic acid before fermentation and higher content of protein and polysaccharides after fermentation.
