正交试验优选界面缩聚法制备当归补血汤微囊工艺 被引量:2

Interfacial polycondensation for preparation of microcapsules of Danggui Buxue decoction optimized by an orthogonal test

摘要 目的:研究界面缩聚法制备当归补血汤微囊的优化工艺。方法:以癸二酰氯及1,6-己二胺为囊材,采用界面缩聚法制备当归补血汤微囊。运用正交设计,以微囊的载药量和包封率为指标,考察主要工艺参数对当归补血微囊制备的影响。结果:优选的制备工艺条件为:囊心比囊材为0.2∶1、乳化剂用量为1.4m L、搅拌时间为30min,优选工艺条件下评估指数均值为50.49%。结论:优选的制备工艺对利用界面缩聚法制备当归补血微囊具有一定的指导意义。 Objective: To investigate the optimized process for the preparation of microcapsules of Danggui Buxue decoction using interfacial polycondensation. Methods: Sebacoyl dichloride and 1,6-hexanediamine were used as capsule wall material,and interfacial polycondensation was used to prepare microcapsules of Danggui Buxue decoction. With the microcapsule's drug loading capacity and encapsulation efficiency as indices,an orthogonal test was used to investigate the influence of main processing parameters on the preparation of microcapsules of Danggui Buxue decoction. Results: The optimized preparation process was as follows: the capsule core / capsule wall material ratio was 0. 2∶ 1,the volume of emulsifier used was 1. 4m L,and the stirring time was 30 min. Under the optimized process conditions,the mean value of related indices was 50. 49%. Conclusion: The optimized preparation process has certain guiding significance in the preparation of microcapsules of Danggui Buxue decoction using interfacial polycondensation.
