摘要
使用氩离子溅射辅助的扫描俄歇电子能谱方法,对某公司生产镀锡钢板的钝化层进行了表面和深度方向形貌、成分的详细分析表征。通过微区成分定性分析、元素面扫描分析、微区深度分析和各元素深度方向归一化比例计算的技术手段,直观表征出该镀锡板表面钝化层完整连续,其表面区域性的形貌差异对应于钝化层厚度差别,从而对钝化镀锡板表面的钝化层从平面到深度有了一个直观的理解。在离子束技术支持下,扫描俄歇电子能谱技术拥有优异的横向和纵向分辨率,在重视表面质量的钢铁材料领域应用越来越广。
Scanning Auger electron spectroscopy (SAES) has been employed in the surface and depth profile characterization of the surface layer of commercial tinplates. With microzone qualitative analysis, element mapping and microzone depth profiling, it is revealed easily that the passivation layer of the tinplate in experiment is intact and continuous. The morphological difference of the various area on the surface reflects the difference of the thickness of the Passivation layer. By SAES, the surface layer of Passivated tin plate can be visually comprehended. SAES with the support of ion sputtering technology has outstanding lateral and vertical resolution, and will be used widely in the research of steel products.
