宝钢湛江钢铁铁前工序烟气净化新工艺技术

New flue gas purification process and technologies of Baosteel Zhanjiang Ironmaking Plant

宝钢湛江钢铁秉承宝钢"成为绿色产业链的驱动者"的绿色愿景,切实履行国家的环保新要求,全力打造一个"绿色钢铁基地"。首先简要分析目前钢铁行业大气污染物排放和烟气综合治理情况,再结合宝钢湛江钢铁大气污染物排放控制的目标,介绍宝钢湛江钢铁铁前各工序采用的烟气净化工艺技术:焦炉烟囱烟气旋转喷雾半干法脱硫+选择性催化还原法(NH3-SCR)除尘脱硝工艺设备、烧结烟气活性炭净化脱硫脱硝工艺设备、球团烟气净化LJS循环流化床法脱硫工艺设备、高炉烟气净化干法除尘和新增出铁场炉顶罩等设备。各个工序采用的烟气净化工艺在实际生产中均取得了良好效果。

Baosteel Zhanjiang Iron ＆ Steel Co. , Ltd. , which is a new iron ＆ steel making works located in Guangdong province, sticks to Baosteel＇ s green vision of becoming a green industrial chain driver and fulfills requirement of environmental protection by government. Target of Zhanjiang works is going to be a green iron ＆ steel making base. The major air pollutants in steel industry was briefly analyzed and a comprehensive review of flue gas purification technologies was discussed. In terms of strict emission standards of air pollutants in China and company＇ s target of emissions control, advanced flue gas purification process and technologies and facilities were employed in Zhanjiang Ironmaking Plant. Including rotary spray semi-dry flue gas De-SO2 ＆ NH3- SCR De-NO~ technology for coking process, activated carbon flue gas De-SO2 ＆ De-NOx technology for sintering process, CFB flue gas De-SO2 for grate-kiln pelleting process, venturi dust collection, etc for BF process. Actually, very good performances have been achieved.
