红透山铜矿深部采场回采顺序的数值模拟及优化 被引量:11

摘要 针对红透山铜矿处于高应力环境下的深部采场,为确保回采过程中的采场稳定性,通过数值模拟探讨合理的回采顺序。基于矿山实际生产条件,提出6种回采方案,并采用FLAC3D进行数值模拟计算,分析不同方案回采过程中的应力、位移分布特征。计算结果表明:方案六所处的应力环境最为有利,安全性最高,矿柱明显起到了缓解顶板应力集中的作用,顶板、帮壁处是应力最为集中区域;方案二在回采过程中竖向位移最小,但在最终状态各方案位移较为接近。综合考虑,方案六为最优回采顺序。 For the deep stope in a high-stress environment of Hongtoushan Copper Mine,the rational mining sequence is discussed to ensure the stope stability during mining process by numerical simulation. Based on actual production conditions in the mine, six kinds of mining schemes are proposed, and FLAC3D is used to analyze the stress and displacement distribution at different mining schemes. The results show that:Scheme 6 is in the most favorable stress environment with maximum security, and the pillar obviously plays a role in releasing the stress concentration of roof. The roof and the wall are the most concentrated area of stress. The vertical displacement of scheme 2 in mining process is the minimum. However, six schemes have a closer fi- nal displacement state. Taking comprehensive consideration, the scheme 6 is the optimal mining sequence.
