摘要
国外某氧化铜矿石中的铜主要以假孔雀石、磷铜铁矿和绿磷铜铁矿等含铜矿物形式存在,铜品位为2.07%,氧化率为82.86%,其中结合率高达51.91%。为高效回收矿石中的铜,对K1湿法预处理—硫酸浸出工艺条件进行了研究。结果表明,预处理阶段的磨矿细度为-74μm占60%、矿浆浓度为35%、K1浓度为9%、温度为85℃、时间为1 h,硫酸酸浸的矿浆浓度为25%、硫酸浓度为13.8%、温度为50℃、时间为3 h,对应的铜浸出率为87.44%。
Main copper minerals in a foreign copper oxide are pseudo-malachite,chalcosiderite and hentschelite,with Cu grade of 2. 07% , oxidation rate of 82. 86% , binding rate of 51.91%. Hydro-pretreatment with K1- sulfuric acid leaching process was conducted to high effectively recovery copper from the ore. The results showed that, grinding fineness of pretreated stage is 60% -74 μm, with pulp density of 35% , K1 concentration of 9% at 85 ℃ for 1 h ,pulp concentration of sulfuric acid was 25% ,sulfuric acid concentration of 13.8% at 50 ℃ for 3 h,the corresponding copper leaching rate is 87.44%.
