吸附胆固醇的中性氧化铝再生方法初探 被引量:1

摘要 目的对吸附蚕蛹油(silkworm pupa oil)中胆固醇的中性氧化铝的再生方法进行研究,以期为节约成本、减少环境污染提供参考。方法采用解吸剂无水乙醇和正己烷(3:1,V:V)在65℃加热搅拌2.0 h对吸附的胆固醇进行洗脱,中性氧化铝与解吸剂的料液比为1:1.6(m:V),并比较新的和再生的中性氧化铝对蚕蛹油胆固醇脱除率,评价再生效果。结果在最佳工艺条件下,对吸附过胆固醇的中性氧化铝进行胆固醇脱除,得到再生中性氧化铝,再生中性氧化铝对蚕蛹油胆固醇的脱除率可达24.86%,扩大实验脱除率可达19.55%。结论本方法能较好地脱除中性氧化铝已吸附的胆固醇,再吸附效果较好,基本达到再生目的。 Objective To investigate the method for regeneration of the neutral alumina absorbed cholesterol in silkworm pupa oil(SPO), so as to provide reference for cost saving and reducing environmental pollution. Methods Ethanol and n-hexane(3:1, V:V) were used as desorbent for eluting the adsorbed cholesterol under the treatment condition of 65 ℃ for stirring 2.0 h, and the solid-liquid ratio of neutral alumina and desorbent was 1:1.6(m:V). Meanwhile, the removal rates of cholesterol in silkworm chrysalis oil between new neutral alumina and regenerated neutral alumina were compared, so as to evaluate the efficacy of the regeneration. Results Under the optimum conditions, the neutral alumina absorbed cholesterol was removed cholesterol again for the sake of regenerated neutral alumina. The cholesterol removal rate of SPO was up to 24.86%, and the removal rate of the expansion experiment was up to 19.55%. Conclusion It is indicated that the process of desorbent can be better to remove the cholesterol adsorbed by neutral aluminum, the effect of readsorbed was better, which basically reach the regenerative purposes.
