贵州省食品产业发展与申请专利现状分析 被引量:2

摘要 发展食品产业对国民经济收入有重大作用,而食品产业的发展又与知识产权的保护密切相关。贵州省生物资源优越,蕴藏丰富的食品原料,形成了特色的食品产业。本文从与食品产业相关的专利申请总体趋势、申请类型、申请人构成和食品产业类构成分析了贵州食品产业类专利申请情况及其食品产业发展情况。贵州省食品产业主要以A23类食品产业专利最多,A21类最少,与全国各省及世界经济大国发展趋势相同。此外,发明专利多于实用新型专利,且企业申请专利相对较多。食品产业的发展促进了申请专利的增加,而专利权又保护了企业经济效益促进了经济发展,且政府扶持对食品产业影响较大。 The development of food industry plays an important role in the national economy, and it is closely related to the protection of intellectual property. There are superior biological resources and rich food materials in Guizhou province, which has formed the special food industry. This paper analyzed the patents application including the patent application trend, the application type, applicants compositionand food industrycomposition. It showed that the A23 category of food industry patents was the most, and A21 was the least,which had a same trend with other provinces of China and other developed countries. In addition, the amount of invention patents were more than that of the utility model patent, and the patents of the enterprise were relatively larger. It indicatedthat the development of food industry promotesthe increase of patent application, the patent right also protectsthe economic benefits of enterprises and promotesthe economic development, and the government support hasa large impact onthe food industry.
