基于复杂网络的我国农村卫生保健服务体系分析理论探讨

Discussion on the Analytical Theory of Rural Health Care Service System in China Based on Complex Network

我国农村卫生保健服务网络本质上是一个复杂网络系统,在改革过程中对其进行系统地分析和调整,使其能够更加适应和满足广大农村居民的健康需求,是一项复杂而又需要精准工具的系统工程。然而,传统的对农村卫生服务系统研究工具,已经难以应对我国农村卫生保健体系分析和改革的需求。文章从系统科学中引入复杂网络理论工具,分析了我国农村卫生服务体系所具备的诸如小世界、无标度、社区结构等复杂网络特性,提出了进一步使用复杂网络理论分析并模拟我国农村卫生服务保健网络的具体思路,同时为我国卫生服务体系研究提供了新的范式和理论研究方法。

The rural heahhcare network, essentially, was a complex network system in China, which could meet the health de- mand of rural residents. However, the traditional network could meet the demand of rural healthcare system analysis and reform. It analyzed the characteristics of Complex network system like small word and community structure of rural heahhcare system in China by introducing the theoretical tool of complex network into systematical science. It put forward the further pathway for analyzing and modeling the network of rural healthcare and provided a new method and theory for the health service system research in China.
