糖尿病治疗人群医疗总费用研究

The Research on Total Medical Expenses of Patients with Diabetes

目的：利用现场和统计数据，对我国糖尿病治疗人群医疗总费用进行测算，并结合我国的医疗保障水平展开讨论。方法：选取8家机构进行现场调研，结合卫生统计和文献数据，测算我国糖尿病人群年总医疗费用，进行历年变化情况分析。结果：2013年糖尿病治疗人群医疗总费用为850～1000亿元；2004—2013年间，糖尿病治疗人群的年出院总人次的年均增长率为15．65％，年住院总费用和年医疗总费用的年均实际增长率均为15．14％，增速已超过同期GDP增速。结论：糖尿病患者的经济负担较大，结合我国居民基本医疗保障水平，糖尿病的医疗费用对个人和社会造成了沉重的保障压力。需要去探索切实减轻糖尿病经济负担的补偿途径。

Objective： By using the field and literature data, it analyzed diabetes medical expenses related indicators in China which were eliminated price factors, and it made a discussion combined with level of medical security in China. Methods： Selecting 8 institutions to conduct field research, combined with literature data research, it determined the corresponding indicators and calculated, then analyzed the change of the index of the calendar year. Results： In 2013, the annual total cost of diabetic patients who got treatment for 85-100 billion yuan, 2004-2013 average annual real growth rate were 15.14%, the growth was more than the same period GDP growth. Conclusion： Residents＇ basic medical insurance of China. the economic burden of diabetes was relatively heavy. The costs of diabetes treatment for the individual and society caused the heavy pressure, thus it needed to explore how to reduce the diabetes economic burden of sustainable security measures.
