摘要 长河坝水电站地处高山峡谷区,区内地质、地形条件较差,工程区内支沟多为泥石流沟,可供利用的场地主要在坝址下游。坝址下游场地位于下游梯级黄金坪水电站库区内,施工布置制约因素较多,布置困难。在施工总布置规划过程中根据工程的实际情况,将位于黄金坪水电站水库区内的场地提前进行垫高防护后使用,并对场地有影响的泥石流沟采取了防护措施。目前工程施工接近尾声,施工布置较好地满足了施工需要。 Changheba Hydropower Station is located in mountain and valley area with poor geological and topographical conditions. As most of gullies in project area are debris flow gully, the spaces which can be utilized as construction site are mainly located in downstream of dam site. As the spaces in downstream of dam site are located in the reservoir area of Huangjinping Hydropower Station, the construction layout are more difficult. In construction site layout planning, the ground of construction site is heightened before the water impoundment of Huangjinping Reservoir, and the protective measures are implemented to control the debris flow gullies which will influence construction site. Currently, the construction of Changheba Hydropower Station will be completed. The actual construction shows that the construction layout can better meet construction needs.
