摘要
以陕西省建筑业2001-2014年数据为依据,通过使用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数模型和索洛余值法,利用SPSS19.0软件进行线性回归分析,计算分析科学技术、劳动投入和资本投入对产出增长的相对贡献率。结果显示:影响陕西省建筑业总产值增长贡献率的最主要因素是资本和劳动力投入,科技进步影响作用不突出。为此,需通过必要的措施提高建筑业科技创新水平,推动陕西省建筑业的转型发展。
Taking the date of 2001 to 2014 in Shaanxi construction industry as example, through the Cobb Douglas production function and Solow residual value law, carries out linear regression analysis using SPSS19.0 software, analyzes the relative contribution rate of scinence and technology, labor input, capital input to output growth. Results show, the main factor that influence the contribution rate of the total output value of construction industry in Shaanxi are the input of capital and labor force, the impact of scientific and technological progress is not prominent. Then, put forward to improve the level of science and technology innovation in the construction industry through necessary measures, in order to promote the transformation and development of the construction industry in Shaanxi.
