Research on the Management Framework of Stage Development of Construction Accidents Based on Information Technology

在对建设项目事故阶段性划分的基础上,构建建设项目事故阶段性管理的整体框架,并详细分析框架所涉及的要素。然后,对建设项目安全事故影响因素属性进行分析,将其与信息技术进行匹配,给出阶段性管理的系统构架与基本运行流程,从而为事故的实时管理与控制提供理论支撑。

This paper builds the overall framework of stage development of construction accidents based on stage division of accidents in construction projects, and analyzes the corresponding factors. Then, analyzes the attributes of the influencing factors of accidents in construction projects, matches them with information technology, and gives the systematic framework and the basic operation process, in order to provide theoretic support and operation advice for timely management and control for construction accident.
