面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者个性特征及心理状况研究

A correlation study of personality characteristics and psychological status of patients with facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis

目的:探讨面部糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎(FCAD)患者的心理状况和个性特征,并分析其对疾病发生、发展的影响。方法:采用艾森克人格问卷(EPQ)成人版和汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、抑郁量表(HAMD),对91例FCAD患者进行人格和心理状况的调查。结果:1FCAD患者EPQ问卷的N量表和E量表分值均高于国人常模(P<0.05),P量表分值低于国人常模(P<0.05);2FCAD患者的HAMA各因子分及总分均高于正常对照组(P<0.001),个别患者有抑郁倾向。结论:1FCAD患者具有外向、不稳定和性情随和的人格特征,这种人格模式可能与FCAD的发生密切相关;2FCAD患者多伴有不同程度的焦虑。

Objective： To investigate psychological status and personal characteristics of the patients with facial corticosteroid addictive dermatitis（FCAD）, and to analyze whether these affect the occurrence and progress of the disease condition. Methods： The psychological status and personal characteristics were assessed with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire-Aduh（EPQ- A）, Hamilton anxiety（HAMA） and Hamihon depression seales（HAMD） in 91 cases of FCAD. Results： （1）The scores of both E and N of EPQ of FCAD patients were higher than that of normal controls（P〈0.05）, while the P scores were lower（P〈0.05 vs. normal controls）. （2）All factor scores of HAMA of FCAD patients were higher than that of the controls（P〈0.001）. Some patients had a tendency of depression. Conclusions： （1）FCAD patients have personality characteristics of extroversion, anxiety, emotional instability and amiable temper, suggesting the pathogenic role of the personality characteristics in FCAD. （2）FCAD patients have certain degrees of anxiety.
