先天性角化不良并发面部鳞状细胞癌

Dyskeratosis congenita complicated by squamous cell carcinoma on the face: a case report

报告1例先天性角化不良并发面部鳞状细胞癌。患者男,25岁。有典型的先天性角化不良三联征:全身皮肤网状色素沉着,甲营养不良和口腔黏膜白斑。同时有头发稀少、龋齿、结膜充血、排尿不畅、贫血以及面部鳞状细胞癌。

A case of dyskeratosis congenita complicated by squamous cell carcinoma on the face is reported. A 25-year-old male presented with the typical triad of dyskeratosis congenital, characterized by reticulated skin hyperpigmentation, nail dystrophy, and oral leukoplakia. Other abnormalities included thinning hair, dental caries, conjunctival congestion, difficult urination and anemia, and squamous cell carcinoma on the face.
