摘要
针对船舶与海洋工程加筋板结构制造误差引起的可靠性问题,采用强度稳定综合理论(CTSS)公式研究加筋板结构的极限强度,改进CTSS公式在板格结构极限强度计算中的应用方式,改进后的CTSS公式计算结果相对保守、稳定.在此基础上,结合设计验算点法研究加筋板制造误差对结构可靠性的影响,分析参数制造误差带来的计算结果偏差,为船舶与海洋工程结构设计制造提供参考,从比较结果看这种偏差可以达到15%左右.
Aimed at the structure reliability problems of marine and ocean engineering stiffened plates caused by manufacturing errors,with combined theory of strength and stability (CTSS)used,the ul-timate strength of stiffened plates was studied to improve the application of CTSS formula in the ulti-mate strength computation of plate panel.The calculation result shows that the improved CTSS for-mula is relatively conservative and steady.On this basis,influences on structural reliability caused by manufacturing errors were studied in the method of design verification points.The calculation result deviation,which was caused by the parameters′standard deviation in the formula,was analyzed in or-der to provide the reference for design and manufacture of marine and ocean engineering structure. From the comparison of the results,this deviation can reach about 1 5%.
