涤纶织物的DOPO-羟甲基衍生物阻燃整理 被引量:7

Flame retardant finishing of PET fabrics with DOPO-hydroxyl methylation derivative

摘要 选择9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物(DOPO)及其羟甲基化衍生物DOPO-CH2OH(实验室自制)作为涤纶织物后整理阻燃剂,将它们分别制成DOPO或DOPO-CH2OH分散液,用高温高压法对涤纶织物进行阻燃整理;或分别将它们加入涤纶分散染料染色浴中进行染色/阻燃一浴法加工。试验结果显示,DOPO和DOPO-CH2OH都能赋予涤纶织物较好的阻燃性和阻燃效果耐洗性,极限氧指数(LOI)分别可达31.3和29.2,5次洗涤后整理品极限氧指数都比洗前的略有提高;染色/阻燃一浴法处理时,DOPO-CH2OH对染色色光几乎无影响,DOPO影响较大。热重分析认为该阻燃剂在涤纶织物上主要在气相起作用。 9, 10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene 10-oxide (DOPO) and its lab-made hydroxyl meth- ylation derivative DOPO-CH2OH are selected as flame retardant finishing agents for PET fabric. The pre- pared DOPO and DOPO-CH2OH dispersions are used for flame retardant finishing of PET fabric individu- ally or together with disperse dyes in one bath by high temperature and high pressure method. The re- sults show that both DOPO and DOPO-CH2OH can endow PET fabric with excellent flame retardancy and durability with the limited oxygen index (LOI) of treated fabric of 31.3 and 29.2 respectively and even slightly increased LOI after 5 laundering cycles. For one bath process of dyeing and flame retardant fin- ishing, DOPO-CH2OH almost has no influence on the dyeing performance of disperse dyeings, while DOPO has a certain impact. The thermo gravimetric analysis shows that the flame retardant DOPO and DOPO-CH2OH take effects mainly by gas phase mechanism.
