摘要 将支撑液膜技术应用于活性染色废水的脱色,研究了影响支撑液膜捕捉染料的因素,以及处理后染色废水回用于染色的效果。试验结果表明,支撑液膜捕捉活性染色废水适合的条件为:料液相pH值2.5~3.0,搅拌速率400r/min,搅拌时间100min,再生相中膜液相与解析液体积比3:3,解析剂NaOH浓度0.9mol/L;处理后的废水回用于染色,各染色指标接近自来水效果,在保证色光重现性的同时,节省盐等助剂。 Supported liquid membrane (SLM) is applied to purify the reactive dyeing wastewater. The factors that affecting on capturing dyes by SLM are analyzed, and the dyeing effects with reused dyeing wastewater are studied. The results show that, the optimum conditions of dye capture are pH value of liquid phase 2.5-3.0, stirring speed 400 r/min, stirring time 100 min, volume ratio of membrane liquid phase and the analytic solution 3 : 3, the NaOH concentration of 0.9 mo~/L. The reactive dyeing wastewa- ter that has been captured can be reused. Its dyeing results are much closer to tap water. SLM applied to capture dyes in reactive dyeing wastewater has good dyeing reproducibility.
