摘要
用自制银离子修饰的磺酸硅胶(Ag-SSA)对纯棉织物进行整理,制备了一种用于检测硫化氢的功能纺织品。试验表明,在磺酸硅胶表面成功修饰银离子得到Ag-SSA,纯棉织物对其的最佳负载率为7.58%;随着硫化氢浓度不同,织物的颜色表观深度变化范围为0.5~6.7;硫化氢的最低检测理论含量为32mg/kg;经过整理后的织物力学性能没有降低。
In order to prepare functional fabric for the detection of hydrogen sulfide, pure cotton fabric is finished by self-made silver modified sulfonic silica gel (Ag-SSA). The research shows that SSA has been modified by silver successfully, the optimized loading rate of Ag-SSA is 7.58%. With different concentrations of hydrogen sulfide, the apparent color depth of functional fabric ranges from 0.5 to 6.7. The minimum detection theorial content of hydrogen sulfide is 32 mg/kg. The finishing process exerts little influence on mechanical properties of pure cotton fabric.
