摘要 建立了测定纺织品中富马酸二甲酯(DMF)的气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)的方法。样品采用乙酸乙酯超声萃取,经浓缩处理后,用自制装置净化富集,再经GC-MS测定。在优化条件下,采用外标法测定,线性范围为1.0~50.0 ng/m L,相关系数R^2为0.998,检出限为LOQ为0.1 ng/m L(S/N=3),精密度RSD为3.34%(n=7),回收率为93.3%~103.1%,结果满意。该方法具有简单快速,灵敏准确,检出限低,可广泛应用于不同基质中富马酸二甲酯的测定。 A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) method is developed for the determina- tion of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) in textiles. The analytes are extracted ultrasonically from textile by ethyl acetate. The extract is purified and enriched by homemade device after concentrated, and then ana- lyzed by GC-MS method. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of the method is 1.0-50.0 rig/ mL with correlation coefficients (R2) of 0.998, the limits of quality (LOQ) is 0.1 ng/mL (S/N=3) and the rela- tive standard deviations (RSD, n=7) is 3.34 %, and the recoveries are between 93.3% and 103.1%. The re sults show that the method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate for analysis of DMF in different substrates with low LOQ.
