摘要
建立了液相色谱-串联质谱对纺织品中苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂UV-327和UV-328的测定方法。采用反相C18色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,以0.3mL/min流速进行梯度洗脱。采用电喷雾离子源(ESI),多反应监测模式检测。结果表明,UV-327和UV-328在0.01~50μg/mL范围内,峰面积A与浓度C呈良好的线性关系,检出限分别为0.015μg/mL和0.011μg/mL,加标回收率为99.2%。该方法灵敏度高、操作简便,可测定纺织品中苯并三唑类紫外线吸收剂UV-327和UV-328。
A new method for determination of 2-(2'-hydroxy-3', 5'-di-tert-butylphenyl)-5-chtorobenzotri- azole (UV-327) and 2-(2-hydroxy-3,5-di-tert-amylphenyl) benzotriazole (UV-328) in textiles is developed by HPLC-MS/MS. The analysis is performed on a C,8 column, gradient eluted by CH3CN-H20 (containing 0.1% formic acid), in the speed of 0.3 mL/min. Electrospray ionization (ESI) and multiple reaction monitoring are used for mass spectrometry analysis. The results show that the good linear relationship be- tween the peak area and the concentration exists over the range of 0.01-50 μg/mL for UV-327 and UV- 3:28. The detection limits are 0.015 μg/mL and 0.011μg/mL, the average recovery is 99.2%. The method is proved to be sensitive and simple, and can meet the testing demands of ultraviolet absorbers UV-327 and UV-328 in textiles.
