摘要
以塔里木盆地分布的碱蓬、盘果碱蓬、五蕊碱蓬、星花碱蓬、刺藜、盐穗木、盐角草这7种藜科植物种子为材料,设置不同温光条件,研究其萌发特性及不同萌发对策。结果表明:1)碱蓬、刺藜和盐穗木种子萌发最适温光条件为30℃、12h黑暗/35℃、12h光照,最终萌发率分别为80.00%、93.33%和98.66%;2)盘果碱蓬、五蕊碱蓬和盐角草种子萌发最适温光条件为30℃、35℃/24h光照,最终萌发率分别为90.00%、86.00%和88.00%;3)星花碱蓬种子萌发最适温光条件下为25℃、12h黑暗/30℃、12h光照,最终萌发率为84.00%。
The experiments were conducted with 7 Chenopodiaceae seeds of Suaeda glaeda, Suaeda heterophylla , Suaeda arcuata , Suaeda stellatiora , Chenopodium aristatum , Halostachys caspica and Salicornia europaea as material, under different light, temperature conditions to examine effects of these factors on seed germination.The results showed that. 1)The optimal conditions of light andtemperature for seed germinations of Suaeda glaeda, Chenopodium aristatum and Halostachys caspica were all 12 h dark at 30 ℃/12 h light at 35 ℃ ,in which the final germination rates reached 80.00%,93. 33% and 98. 66%. 2)The optimal conditions of light and temperature for seed germinations of Suaeda heterophylla ,Suaeda arcuata and Salicornia europaea were all 24 h light at 30 ℃/35 ℃,in which the final germination rates reached 90.00%,86.00% and 88.00X. 3)The optimal condition of light and temperature for seed germination of Suaeda Stellatiflora was 12 h dark at 25 ℃/ 12 h light at 30 ℃ ,in which the final germination rate reached 84.00%.
