摘要
以拉萨小檗种子为研究对象,对种子千粒重、不同处理条件下的发芽率和发芽势进行了比较分析。结果表明:拉萨小檗种子千粒重为14.43g;温度对其种子发芽具有重要的作用,当浸泡温度为20,40℃和60℃时发芽率较高,过低或过高的浸泡温度不利于其发芽,发芽温度为17.5℃种子发芽率最大,为98.9%,发芽势为18.9%,温度过低,萌发速度较慢,温度过高,也不利于拉萨小檗种子的萌发。赤霉素和光照处理对拉萨小檗种子的发芽率和发芽势没有太大的影响。
Research object of this test was the seed of Berberis hernsleyana, study on the seed grain weight and comparative analysis of the different treatments germination rate and germination energy. The results showed that: grain weight of Berberis hernsleyana was 14.43 g; temperature on seed germination has an important role,when the soaking temperature of 20,40,60 ; soaked high germi- nation rate, low or high temperatures were detrimental to germinate soaked, germination temperature is 17.5℃ seed germination rates of up to 98.9% ,germination potential of 18.9% and the temperature is too low, slow germination temperature is too high, is not conducive to seed germination Berberis Lhasa.GA and light treatment has no significant effect on the Lhasa Berberis germination rate and germination energy.
