Metabolism and its Regulation Mechanism in Seed Germination

摘要 种子萌发阶段的代谢变化,对于了解种子萌发物质代谢动力学机制及其调控和协调机制具有重要意义。介绍了种子萌发过程的贮藏蛋白质和mRNA及萌发早期的吸胀机制,重点概述了种子萌发早期、胚根突出前和胚根突出后3个阶段的能量代谢途径和蛋白质、淀粉和脂代谢途径及其调控机制。对于明确种子进化、结构和萌发分子机制等生命系统组成的基本原则具有重要意义,同时可应用于种质的分子改良,并将种子作为转基因产物生产的优良平台。
