摘要
为了提高三电平有源中点箝位变流器损耗分布的控制性能,提出了一种损耗平衡优化控制方法。通过分析三电平有源中点箝位变流器在不同调制方式下的损耗分布情况,引入了损耗调节因子,利用损耗调节因子设计变流器的冗余电平作用序列,实现损耗的均衡控制。仿真和实验结果表明该优化控制方法能够准确快速地平衡变流器各个开关器件的损耗分布。半导体器件均衡的损耗分布有利于系统的散热设计,增加了变流器系统的安全工作裕量,该方法在高压大功率变流器场合具有重要的应用价值。
In order to improve the control performance of loss balancing for three-level active neutral point clamped converter, we proposed an optimal control method, and studied the loss distribution of devices under different modulation types.Moreover, the sequence of redundant switching patterns were designed by a distribution factor, thus the loss distribution of three-level active neutral point clamped converter was well balanced. Simulation and experimental results show that the loss distribution of devices can be fast balanced by the proposed method. The even loss distribution of semiconductor devices is meaningful for the cooling system design, and the safety margin of the converter is improved, this method has an important application value for high voltage high power conversion.
