摘要 随着我国直流输电系统的推广应用,为高压直流输电系统提供线路保护控制的高压直流测量装置的现场校准已成为高压直流输电领域的研究热点之一。因此分析了国内直流输电工程中高压直流测量装置的类型和原理,就现场校准试验和存在的问题给出相应的解决方案,提出了一种基于模块交错并联的的暂稳态控制和变压器一体化设计,开展了外置式高稳定度直流标准试验电源和直流互感器数字校验仪的研制,克服了模拟/数字多类型信号输入以及远距离对时和数据传输中存在的问题,显著提高了现场试验电源系统的稳定度和准确度,满足0.2级及以下直流互感器现场校验校准和暂态特性试验的技术要求。开展直流互感器的相关现场校准试验和动态性能检测试验,在我国多个省份开展现场试验,结果表明我国已具备开展超、特高压换流站直流互感器现场校准和暂态特性等系列试验的能力。 High voltage DC measuring devices provide input signals for control and protection system of HVDC transmission lines. With the continuous increase of HVDC voltage class, DC current measurement and on-site calibration have become a new subject. First, we reviewed the structure and working principle of high voltage DC current measuring devices which has been put into operation at home and abroad, and pointed out their problems. Then, we proposed the steady state and transient state control methods of interleaved parallel. Thirdly, we developed the high stability on-site power supply and DC measuring Transformer digital instrument, and solved the problems of long distance signal sam- pling and data transmission, with the improving stability, accuracy and dynamics performances of on-site experiments. Finally, we carried out the DC transformer of related on-site calibration test and dynamic performance test, in several provinces of China, showing that China has the ability to carry out the experiments of on-site calibration and transient characteristics of high voltage DC transformer on HVDC converter substations.
