欧洲国家和地区终身学习资格框架建设的新进展 被引量:7

The Overall Progress of the Development of National Qualifications Frameworks for Lifelong Learning in European Countries

摘要 建立国家资格框架体系是近年来国际终身教育领域的一股新潮流、一道新景观。本文以资格框架建设最为活跃和最为深入的欧洲为例,重点分析了欧洲国家和地区资格框架建设的政策背景、主要进展、各国框架的共同特征及其对于教育和就业等方面所产生的初步影响。欧洲资格框架建设经验对于我国终身教育体系的构建和资格框架研究具有重要借鉴意义。 The implementation of National Qualifications Frameworks (NQF) worldwide is a striking tendency and new landscape in the field of lifelong education recent decades. Focusing on Europe as the most active and advanced areas in the world in NQFs development, this paper describes the overaU progress, the common characteristics and the impact of the NQFs to education and training. The experience of NQF developments from European countries and areas could be a good reference to the establishment of lifelong learning system and the research of NQF in China.
