A remarkable achievements have been made in community schools in New York, and the process of development and strategies are distinctive. To community school in New York, all-round developments of children in urban poor immigrant families are taken as educational vision. It also proposes the concept of ＂development triangle＂ and the frame of four basic abilities, and implements multiple plans and measures, for constructing educational communities and make harmony environment of children＇s growing up. This will provide useful experience and implications to promote educational equity for our country.
