摘要
纽约市社区学校在促进教育公平方面取得显著成效,其发展历程和策略颇具特色。纽约市社区学校把城市贫困移民家庭儿童的全面发展作为教育愿景,提出整合性"发展三角"概念和四项基本能力框架,实施多元方案和措施,构建社区教育共同体,为儿童营造和谐的成长环境。这将为我国推进教育公平提供有益经验和启示。
A remarkable achievements have been made in community schools in New York, and the process of development and strategies are distinctive. To community school in New York, all-round developments of children in urban poor immigrant families are taken as educational vision. It also proposes the concept of "development triangle" and the frame of four basic abilities, and implements multiple plans and measures, for constructing educational communities and make harmony environment of children's growing up. This will provide useful experience and implications to promote educational equity for our country.
